This should be a top-featured app!

LOTS of neat effects. Free demo version is available at developers site. I tried it and immediately was convinced that this feature-rich app deserved a place of honor among my app collection. Not only are there tons of effects, but you can vary each of those effects to your liking. AND…I very much appreciate the developers sense of humor. Check out the blog!
